Job summary

Velera in Oregon seeks a VP, Operations - Digital Solutions to lead delivery of operational processing services, analytics support, onboarding, and program requirements for multiple platforms. The role will shape requirements, design operating models, and guide teams to ensure high-quality results for clients.

You will partner with finance, audit, sales, project delivery, service, account management, legal, partnerships, and product to align delivery with revenue and client experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems, Business Management, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Twelve (12) years leading complex implementation projects with client-facing onboarding and satisfaction in financial services.
• Seven (7) years of direct leadership experience and client project consultation/management in payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and development for staff delivering operational processing services across platforms.
• Develop unit strategies and support executive leadership with strategic initiatives.
• Define requirements and processes for projects and onboarding of new products and solutions.
• Design and implement new operational models, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and client service.
• Forecast resources and manage budgets for the business unit.
• Interact with client executives to ensure high client satisfaction with Velera.
