Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and develop staff of leaders, project managers, coordinators, and analysts for delivery of processing services.
• Develop business unit strategies and execute defined projects aligned with Velera's goals.
• Define requirements and processes for projects and operational processing services across platforms.
• Design and implement new operating models, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and client service.
• Forecast resources and manage budget to meet business unit requirements.
• Provide pre-sale implementation support and present to senior client management.
