Job summary

Velera is seeking a Vice President of Operations - Digital Solutions to lead delivery of operational processing services across multiple platforms, drive data analytics support, and guide onboarding, project delivery, and change management for key banking and payments solutions.

You will partner with business units to align with revenue and client experience goals, manage budgets, and support senior client executives to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading complex implementation projects with a client-facing focus.
• 10+ years managing card processing technology, operations, and onboarding/change management.
• 7+ years of direct leadership experience and client project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and development for staff of leaders, project managers, coordinators, and analysts.
• Define requirements and processes for projects and operational processing services for new products and enhancements.
• Oversee projects and operational processing services delivering high-quality results.
• Forecast and secure resources and manage budget for the business unit.
• Interact with client executives to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
