Zusammenfassung

Velera is seeking a VP, Operations - Digital Solutions to lead delivery of operations and data analytics for digital platforms. The role oversees onboarding, project management, and change management for multiple solutions including Alerts, Estatements, Wallets, Zelle, and more, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in payments and technology operations, with a remote-first, flexible work environment and a strong focus on client satisfaction

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Business Management, or related field.
• Twelve (12) years leading complex implementation projects with client-facing success in payments/financial services.
• Ten (10) years managing card processing technology, operations, onboarding, and partner management.
• Seven (7) years of direct leadership experience.
• Seven (7) years of client project consultation/management experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction, management, and development for staff of leaders and project managers for delivery of processing services.
• Define requirements and processes for projects and processing services across all platforms.
• Design and implement new operational models, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and client service.
• Forecast and secure resources to meet business needs and drive excellent client support.
• Provide presale implementation support and onsite client presentations to senior management.
• Interact with client CEOs and senior executives to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
