Job summary

You will translate business goals into testable strategies, design robust measurement plans, and deliver stakeholder-ready insights across marketing, finance, and analytics teams. You will coach junior analysts and elevate documentation and storytelling to drive decision impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of marketing data and analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python/SAS/R).
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA and relational/large-scale data platforms incl. Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution across channels to optimize traffic, pipeline, and conversions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including intake, scoping, timelines, and outputs.
• Define experimentation strategies with hypotheses, test/control design, and success metrics.
