Job summary

Delta Defense LLC is seeking a VP of Digital Sales & Acquisitions to lead growth for USCCA memberships from West Bend, WI. You will oversee roughly $40M in annual marketing investment, driving qualified leads and memberships at target CPA goals in a fast-paced, accountable environment.

You will own the acquisition P&L, drive the full channel mix, create high-converting assets, manage agencies and partners, and align digital campaigns with our high-touch Contact Center for optimized conversion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, marketing, communications, or related field.
10+ years in digital marketing execution.
Leadership within DTC/B2C brands.
5+ years in a leadership role in mid-size or large orgs.
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and personalization.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing with CPA and membership growth targets.
Orchestrate the full digital channel mix for scalable new memberships.
Develop assets and run test-and-control methods for creative optimization.
Manage digital media agencies, analytics projects, and partners.
Structure compliant affiliate lead generation channels.
