Job summary

Delta Defense LLC, the leading provider of integrated self-defense solutions and official service provider to USCCA, seeks a data-driven digital marketing leader to drive membership growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing execution.
• Leadership experience within DTC / B2C brands.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a mid-size or large organization.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools for personalization and predictive analytics.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition P&L; plan, execute, and measure digital marketing with CPA targets and membership growth.
• Lead the full channel mix across upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel campaigns.
• Partner with creative to develop assets optimized for target audiences and test CTAs.
• Manage digital media agencies, analytics projects, and campaign partners to high standards.
• Structure affiliate lead deals compliant with CAN-SPAM and TCPA, with proper controls.
• Integrate digital campaigns with the Contact Center to boost conversions.
• Grow and develop a high-impact digital marketing team with accountable leadership.
