Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Growth and Commerce to lead our new digital-first growth engine for small businesses, from audience to activated customer, including AI-native product launches.

You will own the end-to-end customer journey, align marketing, product, and sales, and build scalable, data-driven growth motions across acquisition, conversion, and activation to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B digital growth, growth leadership or product-led growth.
• Experience owning customer acquisition funnels and growth metrics.
• Proven ability to build digital buying and onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer acquisition funnel from demand creation through purchase and activation.
• Translate business goals into an integrated digital growth strategy and roadmap.
• Align marketing, product, sales, and technology to deliver a connected experience.
• Establish measurement frameworks across CAC, activation, and payback and scale.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with accountability across multiple teams.
