Job summary

Equinix seeks a Head of Digital for Commerce and Experience to lead vision, strategy, and delivery of a scalable digital platform for global sales and services.

The role partners with CRO and CPO, owning product strategy, UI/UX, engineering, and operations with cross-functional teams and security, AI, and data groups. It aims to provide frictionless experiences for customers and channel partners at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation or technology leadership with at least five years in a senior leadership role related to B2B marketplaces or sales and service portals.
• Proven success leading digital initiatives that support revenue growth and commercial growth.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales, marketing go-to-market dynamics and revenue strategies.
