Job summary

You will design an end-to-end digital journey, optimize the funnel from awareness to onboarding, and create a scalable, data-driven growth program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B digital growth, digital commerce, or direct acquisition.
• Proven leadership delivering bookings or growth metrics.
• Experience building digital buying and onboarding experiences for B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full digital growth engine from audience to activation and revenue.
• Translate business goals into integrated digital growth strategy and roadmap.
• Align marketing, product, sales, and technology to deliver a connected customer journey.
• Measure and optimize CAC, payback, and conversion across channels.
