Job summary

Equinix is seeking a strategic Head of Digital for Commerce and Experience to lead vision, product strategy, and end-to-end delivery of a scalable digital platform for global sales and services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation or technology leadership with at least five years in a senior leadership role related to B2B marketplaces or sales and service portals.
• Proven success leading digital initiatives that support revenue growth and commercial growth.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales, marketing go-to-market dynamics and revenue strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product and platform strategy for portals.
• Champion an AI-first and data-driven mindset and collaborate with the AI team to bring predictive AI to targeted marketing and propensity to buy to maximise revenue.
• Drive process transformation with business operations for a $10Bn revenue impact.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for CRO/CPO portals.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team to drive innovation and agile delivery.
• Prioritise features and investments based on business value, ROI, and stakeholder input.
