Affirm, Inc. seeks a senior leader for Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs to report to the CLO/CCO and guide global regulatory, litigation, and enforcement efforts across product lines.

You will build and lead teams across Product, Regulatory, Licensing, Litigation, and Enforcement, partnering with the CEO and executives to align strategic objectives with risk, policy, and business needs. Remote-first with national scope.

Formación

• Must have a J.D. degree and be a state bar member in good standing.
• 20 years of legal experience, including in-house or government work related to consumer financial services, fintech, or enforcement matters.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience with executive teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Product, Regulatory, Innovation, Licensing, Litigation, and Enforcement functions.
• Provide strategic direction through senior legal leaders and align priorities across the organization.
• Counsel senior management, executive leaders, board members, and regulators as a trusted advisor on product, litigation, and regulatory matters.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide strategic legal guidance on product development and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions with cross-functional coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address complex company-wide legal problems and drive long-term initiatives.
• Manage budgets and outside counsel spend to deliver cost-effective legal services.
