Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager for Deposits 2.0 to lead end-to-end product life cycle, act as voice of the customer, and deliver scalable, profitable deposits solutions. You will partner with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to drive discovery, roadmap, and activation metrics, while ensuring top-tier client experiences.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, data‑driven decision making, and rapid experimentation to improve activation and time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and event schemas.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Creates product and feature onboarding flows and customer guidance with Design and Engineering.
• Defines the activation strategy, activation criteria, and leading indicators for each customer segment; set clear OKRs for activation and early retention.
• Owns the activation funnel end‑to‑end; analyze friction points via pathing, funnel, and cohort analysis; prioritizes fixes that reduce time to first value.
• Create services that allow for rapid experimentation (A/B and multivariate) across onboarding, messaging, and feature discovery with statistical rigor and data ethics guardrails.
• Improve feature discoverability and adoption through smart nudges, in‑app guidance, and customer education content.
