Job summary

Senior Product Associate within the Deposits 2.0 Product Acceleration team at JPMorgan Chase will develop, launch, and optimize a co-branded consumer deposit product. You will partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities using customer insights, market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.

Your contributions will drive pricing strategies, product enhancements, customer experiences, and business outcomes while maintaining strong risk and control

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience supporting product development, launches, or strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, or customer experience assessments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for a co-branded customer deposit product.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance product value.
• Assist discovery, requirements, and prioritization aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs to enable strategic enhancements.
• Support pricing, profitability, and product performance reviews with Finance/Treasury.
• Analyze customer feedback and metrics to drive optimization and growth.
• Track KPIs and report on product health to inform decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and controls while supporting initiatives.
• Advocate for customer voice in product enhancements and strategic decisions.
