Job summary

UKG is seeking a Vice President, Demo Environments to define strategy, deliver, and operate enterprise demo environments that showcase HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management SaaS solutions.

You will lead a global organization, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate product and marketing scenarios into compelling, scalable demos, and drive automation, reliability, and lifecycle governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise SaaS.
• 8+ years leading global technical organizations.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, HCM or Workforce Management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments.
• Lead global teams focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer impact.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align demos with release cycles.
• Deliver standardized, high-quality demo experiences for enterprise sales and strategic opportunities.
• Govern demo data strategy and ensure secure, compliant environments.
