Executive leadership role

Job summary

UKG seeks a senior technology executive to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise demo environments across HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management SaaS. You will align demo platforms with product releases, drive automation, and scale the environment as a strategic revenue enabler.

You will manage a global team, partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and ensure environments reflect current functionality and future innovations with measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise SaaS.
• 8+ years leading global technical organizations.
• Experience with enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software.
• Proven success scaling cloud platforms and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision and multi-year roadmap for demo environments across all HCM product lines.
• Lead a global organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer impact.
• Define architecture, lifecycle management, and automation for demo environments across modules like HR, Payroll, and Learning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver standardized, high-quality demo experiences.
• Partner with Marketing and Industry teams to build demos aligned to customer use cases and differentiated narratives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS organizations

8+ years leading global technical organizations

Experience supporting enterprise HR, Payroll, HCM, or Workforce Management software

Demonstrated success building and scaling cloud-based platforms

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets
