Compu-Link Corporation in Tulsa, OK seeks a Default Manager to own strategy and operations across Default functions. You will direct activities impacting results and collaborate with staff and clients to maximize efficiency and financial outcomes.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, knowledge of FDCPA/TCPA/CFPB, and a track record of improving processes in a regulated environment. Fully onsite in Tulsa with relocation support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience resulting in advanced knowledge of Defa
• Preferred 10+ years of applicable experience; 5 of which must have been in leadership
• Experience managing external relationships including vendor and client relationship
• Extraordinary intellectual horsepower and relentless drive for continuous improvement; operates with a sense of urgency and bias for action
• Prior Reverse Mortgage experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 50–100 daily calls per agent depending on volume
• Maintain service levels in productivity and quality
• Ensure impeccable attendance
• Oversee Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Due & Payable, and Non-borrowing Spouse
• Push efficiencies to reduce manual work
• Present performance reports to Executive Management and leadership
• Collaborate with other areas on Default-related items
• Work towards continuous improvement and drive results
