Qualifications

• 10+ years in default servicing with agency/government foreclosure experience.
• Hands-on with post-sale foreclosure, claims and property preservation.
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop default teams onshore and offshore.
• Oversee foreclosure operations, post-sale activity and related processes.
• Oversee mortgage claims and property preservation activities.
• Partner with attorneys, trustees and vendors for timely actions.
• Coordinate with Compliance and risk controls across departments.
