Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and/or Credit.
• Experience leading a finance or risk team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of credit risk guidelines and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Global Credit Analysts.
• Manage customer risk reviews and mitigate risk.
• Conduct monthly one-on-ones with direct reports.
• Provide real-time feedback to leadership on at-risk customers.
• Collaborate with PMs, Sales, and Finance teams on Global Credit evaluations.
• Assess and monitor credit risk using industry and finance guidelines.
• Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants and communicate findings.
• Reconcile customer receivables with the General Ledger as needed.
• Review contracts and data to ensure accounts stay in good standing.
