Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a qualified professional to supervise the daily activities of the default team at our East Petersburg location. The role focuses on ensuring efficient default operations for residential/consumer loans while maintaining CFPB mortgage servicing compliance and GSE guidelines.

You will oversee Investor Claims, Property Inspection and Preservation, and related processes, while coaching staff, monitoring performance, and driving risk mitigation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years consumer or residential mortgage loan servicing or default loan management.
• 1 or more years working in the ICE / MSP servicing platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily default operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Plan, assign and evaluate staff work, set goals and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to GSE investor guidelines and CFPB mortgage servicing regulations.
• Review and update department policies and seek process improvements.
