Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a strategic leader to own the Data Center Solutions agenda across North America, guiding product and service ambitions within the Fusion 30 framework. This executive will lead a global, cross-functional team, influence key stakeholders, and advance profitable growth in a dynamic market.

The role requires deep market insight, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive collaboration across Daikin affiliates, customers, and partners to deliver superior data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets; including 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and positive customer satisfaction scores.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data Center strategy and portfolio, including roadmap and priorities for growth.
• Lead the Data Center team and integration efforts for acquisitions.
• Deliver annual operating plans with revenues and operating income growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing Data Center Solutions organization with strong talent partnerships.
• Measure key KPIs and drive data-driven decisions to sustain competitive advantage.
