Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a VP, Data Center Solutions to develop and deploy the data center strategy, lead the global market approach, and expand North America, reporting to the Fusion 30 initiative. The role will build and manage the Data Center Solutions team, drive growth, and shape partnerships.

The position requires deep market insight, financial acumen, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and acquisitions while achieving revenue and operating income targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets, including 5+ years people leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategies resulting in sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Data Center strategy aligned with Fusion 30 plan.
• Drive portfolio and product roadmap for Data Center Solutions.
• Lead growth opportunities through market insights and partnerships.
• Oversee integration efforts post-acquisitions and build a high-performing team.
• Partner with finance to develop business cases and budgets.
• Communicate across the organization and with external stakeholders.
