Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a VP of Data Center Solutions to lead the global data center strategy and expand North American growth. The role requires deep market and financial acumen, and strong people leadership across a global organization.

The position can be based anywhere in the United States, with travel up to 50–75% depending on location, and will drive the data center portfolio in line with Daikin's Fusion 30 priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets; including 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and positive customer satisfaction scores.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the Data Center solution strategy from organization assessment through creation, alignment and execution of the data center vision, mission and strategies.
• Deliver annual operating plans - revenues and OI.
• Build out the Data Center Solutions team and talent development.
