Daikin Applied seeks a visionary VP, Data Center Solutions to lead strategy for the North American market and beyond. The role requires deep market insight, financial acumen, and strong people leadership to expand data center offerings globally and through acquisitions.

Based anywhere in the United States with travel 50% (Plymouth, MN) or 75% elsewhere, this executive will guide strategy, portfolio, and performance, aligning with Daikin’s Fusion 30 objectives and long-term growth plan.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in the data center or critical facilities market.
• Proven ability to drive growth and profitability in vertical markets.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Lead portfolio and roadmap for Data Center products and solutions, including integrations.
• Partner with finance to develop business cases and budgeting for growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the Data Center team and ensure alignment with Fusion 30 plan.
