Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a VP, Data Center Solutions to lead the global data center strategy and portfolio execution in North America. The role requires deep market understanding, strong leadership, and complex program management across acquisitions and partnerships.

The leader will drive revenue growth, operating income, and market share, while aligning with Daikin’s Fusion 30 plan and integration efforts across recent acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the Data Center solution strategy from org assessment through execution.
• Oversee portfolio, roadmap, and programs for NPI and business model innovation.
• Lead commercialization strategies and growth initiatives, including partnerships or acquisitions.
• Measure KPIs and manage budgets, forecasting, and risks.
