Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead fast-track data center and mission-critical projects in Ashburn, VA. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical coordination, working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires collaboration with senior PMs, construction teams, and operations, with travel up to 50% as needed. A related degree and 4–6 years of experience in data centers or heavy industry are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Experience coordinating scope, schedule, budget, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mission-critical building systems (electrical, mechanical, cooling, power).
• Experience with construction activities in active operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project execution on time and within budget per approved plans.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Track financials, change orders, and contract deliverables.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with senior PM.
