Job summary

JLL is seeking an SVP, Projects to lead a global team delivering large-scale data center campus programs. You will set objectives, manage budgets over $100M, and drive multi-building campus developments from design through commissioning. You will mentor project managers and partner with business development to win new opportunities.

The role requires 15+ years in data center project management, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to complex infrastructure across multi-phase programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale data center campuses or programs.
• Experience coordinating data center utilities, power distribution, cooling, and MEP systems across multi-phase developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers delivering large-scale data center campus builds.
• Define objectives, scope, and deliverables for complex programs with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PM strategies for multi-phase data center construction.
