Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Vice President, Projects, to lead a team of project managers for large-scale data center campus builds. You will set objectives, manage multi-building programs, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while guiding professional growth across a global team.

In this role you will pursue new business opportunities with hyperscalers, coordinate utility and MEP infrastructure, and partner with the business development team to drive growth for the PDS practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale data center campuses or programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-building data center developments from design through commissioning.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and strong communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets of $100M+ and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers executing large-scale data center campus builds.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PM strategies for multi-phase data center construction.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Foster collaboration across local and global teams throughout all project phases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center sector.
