Job summary

JLL seeks a Vice President, Project Controls - Mission Critical to lead a team of cost managers, estimators and schedulers overseeing mission-critical data center projects. You will drive cost management, scheduling, and budget oversight with senior leadership collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables for projects up to $50M.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating change control, and delivering accurate reports to clients while maintaining adherence to JLL methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM/Engineering/Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in project controls, cost management, estimating or scheduling.
• 2–3 years direct management experience leading project controls professionals.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis for capital construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cost managers, estimators, and schedulers.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for capital projects.
• Review and approve cost estimates and monitor expenditures against budgets.
• Oversee development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports for project teams and clients.
• Implement standardized project controls processes and templates.
