Job summary

JLL is seeking an SVP, Projects, to lead and inspire a team of project managers on large-scale data center campus builds. You will define objectives, oversee budgets, and drive complex programs from design through commissioning while ensuring alignment with client goals and corporate strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the globe to deliver high-quality results, identify new business opportunities, and mentor professionals for career growth within the PDS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale data center campus builds or programs.
• Hands-on data center campus builds across multi-phase development programs.
• Coordinate utility infrastructure, power distribution, cooling plants, and site-wide MEP systems.
• Lead multi-building data center developments from design through commissioning and handover.
• Proven leadership with high-performing teams and strong communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools; drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen; manage large project budgets ($100M+).
• Excellent client management and ability to build long-term relationships with data center clients.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities for infrastructure challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers for large-scale data center campus builds.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PM strategies tailored to multi-phase data center construction.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally across all phases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field

15+ years of project management experience

Experience managing data center campus builds

Coordinate utility infrastructure, power distribution, cooling, and MEP systems

Lead multi-building data center developments from design through commissioning

Leadership and team management

Project management methodologies and tools

Financial acumen and managing large budgets ($100M+)

Excellent client management and relationships with data center clients
