Job summary

JLL is seeking an SVP, Projects to lead a dynamic team of project managers on large-scale data center campus programs. You will define objectives, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and drive collaboration across clients and internal teams.

You will oversee multi-building data center developments from design through commissioning, ensuring quality and profitability while expanding client relationships in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management delivering large-scale data center campuses or programs.
• Experience managing data center campuses with multiple halls, buildings, and critical infra across multi-phase projects.
• Experience coordinating utility infrastructure, power distribution, cooling plants, and site-wide MEP systems.
• Leadership of high-performing teams with strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with large budgets ($100M+) and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop and implement PM strategies for complex multi-phase campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers on large-scale data center campus builds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables for complex programs.
• Develop and implement project management strategies tailored to multi-phase data center construction.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally across all phases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the business development team.
