Job summary

Equinix seeks a seasoned VP, Procurement – Data Center Infrastructure to lead the global procurement strategy and execution for major capital equipment, power solutions and infrastructure programs. This executive will align procurement with design, engineering, operations and finance, and build resilient supplier networks across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement, supply chain or related field with global portfolio leadership.
• Experience supporting major construction or capital programs and infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation, analytic and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and optimize global procurement strategies for capital equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead supplier capacity, risk management and business continuity for multi‑geography programs.
• Negotiate complex contracts with Legal and business partners to secure favorable terms.
• Drive cost analytics, market intelligence and sourcing decisions across projects.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics and integration with project schedules.
