Job summary

Equinix seeks a visionary VP, Procurement - Data Center Infrastructure to steer global procurement strategy for major capital equipment, power solutions, and infrastructure programs. You will build capacity, improve delivery outcomes, and lead a diverse global team through growth and change.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement for construction programs, strong stakeholder influence, and deep expertise in cost analysis and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, construction procurement or capital programs.
• Experience supporting major construction, engineering, infrastructure or capital-intensive programs.
• Strong ability to lead global, matrixed teams and negotiate complex, high-value agreements.
• Knowledge of cost analysis, project economics and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement strategy for capital equipment, power availability and infrastructure.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage supplier capacity across geographies.
• Provide governance, reporting, and KPI oversight to executives and stakeholders.
