You will manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project timelines. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in procurement and construction management, with expertise in data centers. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, procurement, or construction management.
• At least 5 years leading OFCI procurement for data centers or similar mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong ability to read complex design documents and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement lead for all owner-furnished equipment.
• Drive the competitive sourcing process for OFCI packages.
• Collaborate with design, development, and construction teams.
