Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a seasoned VP of Procurement to lead global supplier management and contracting for mission-critical data center operations. You will align spend with operations, drive standardization, and optimize total cost of ownership across multi-region deployments.

You will partner with COO, Data Center Operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver uptime, security, and cost efficiency, while mentoring a global procurement team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, and infrastructure services.
• Proven experience managing global service agreements and supplier performance frameworks, including QBRs and SBRs.
• Strong track record supporting operations organizations in uptime-critical environments.
• Experience operating in multi-region, high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of equipment lifecycle management, end-of-life planning, and sustainability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations teams and executive leadership.
• Translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks, supplier strategies, and service delivery models.
• Structure, negotiate, and govern global master service agreements and regional contracts.
• Manage supplier performance via KPIs, SLAs, benchmarks and contractual levers.
• Define and track supplier KPIs across uptime, response, recovery, and governance.
• Lead continuous improvement with suppliers through data-driven performance reviews.
