Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive global strategy, operating models, and execution for major capital equipment and infrastructure initiatives. You will shape category plans, secure supplier capacity, and align across Construction, Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver on program goals.

You will lead high-value negotiations, manage large spend, and build a diverse, sustainable supplier network across multiple geographies while reporting performance

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degrees in engineering, construction management or energy management.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or related fields.
• Experience leading global capital equipment programs and negotiating high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement strategy, operating model and execution for major capital equipment and infrastructure programs.
• Translate construction demand into category strategies, sourcing plans, supplier capacity and business continuity.
• Partner with Construction, Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Sustainability teams.
• Report program performance, supply risk, cost, schedule and priorities to leadership.
• Lead major capital equipment programs and manage significant spend.
• Develop a resilient supplier ecosystem across geographies and cultures.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and contractual relationships.
