Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a strategic Vice President, Procurement to lead global procurement operations and supplier governance, partnering with Data Center Operations, Regional COOs and site teams to ensure uptime, security and cost efficiency. This role is remote or based in US locations and requires deep experience in multi-region, high-availability environments.

You will shape master service agreements, drive KPI-based performance, and optimize total cost of ownership across the asset

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, and infrastructure services.
• Experience managing global service agreements and supplier performance frameworks, including QBRs and SBRs.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into procurement execution plans, commercial frameworks, supplier strategies, and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations teams, Regional COOs, operating leadership, and site leadership.
• Translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks, supplier strategies, and service delivery models that support uptime expectations.
• Manage global and regional service contracts, including maintenance, repair and maintenance, preventative maintenance, facilities management, security services, and related operating services.
• Structure, negotiate, and govern global master service agreements and regional contracts with clear SLAs and accountability.
• Define and track supplier KPIs across availability, uptime, response and recovery times, SLA compliance and quality.
