Job summary

Graebel Companies, Inc. is seeking a VP of Business Development for Data Center and Rapid Deployment to drive new sales, market expansion, and strategic client development across data centre and rapid deployment sectors.

You will own the full lifecycle from target accounts to closing high-value opportunities. This externally facing role requires market insight, consultative selling, and cross-functional leadership to build a qualified pipeline with hyperscalers, data-centre operators, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
Minimum ten years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in data centre or mission-critical sectors preferred.
Proven ability to close high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop growth strategy for data centre, mission-critical infrastructure, rapid deployment sectors.
Acquire new clients through executive engagement and prospecting.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with clear stages and forecasts.
Lead complex pursuits with cross-functional teams (Operations, Pricing, Legal, Finance).
Negotiate terms and close master service agreements and commercial structures.
