NEO Mission Critical seeks a VP of Business Development to build a new Data Center Construction Division in the United States. You will lead market strategy, develop relationships with hyperscale and enterprise data center owners, and drive winning major construction contracts while growing a robust project backlog.

This is a unique chance to establish the division with the backing of an established contractor and leverage power infrastructure expertise to win multimillion-dollar awards.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in construction, EPC or engineering business development.
• 5+ years selling directly to data center owners, operators or developers.
• Proven personal track record of winning major data center construction contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development and market strategy across the US.
• Develop and leverage relationships with hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data center owners.
• Secure major construction contracts and build a substantial project backlog.
• Lead strategic pursuits, RFPs, negotiations and contract awards.
• Build the commercial function as the division grows.
