Job summary

IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL seeks a Vice President, Data to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, and data science across B2B and B2C platforms.

You will build and scale teams of ~25 FTEs and consultants, modernize data infrastructure, create self-service BI, and partner with executives to drive revenue, EBITDA, and customer experience. A proven track record in strategic data initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive tech leadership experience with a focus on data initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and platform consolidations in B2B and B2C contexts.
• Proven track record in enabling personalized customer experiences through data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for commercial systems, data infrastructure, and customer engagement platforms.
• Build the next-generation customer engagement engine to improve acquisition, retention, ARPU, and EBITDA.
• Integrate data functions to create self-service BI and align analytics with commercial goals.
