IMG Academy invites a strategic, data-driven leader to steer omnichannel customer technology, enterprise data, analytics, and data science. You will report to the SVP of Product, Data & Commercial Technology and drive engagement, revenue growth, and efficiency across a multi-brand enterprise serving B2B and B2C customers.

You will oversee modernizing data infrastructure, BI, analytics, and data science capabilities, building high‑performing teams, and delivering scalable solutions that impact

Qualifications

• 15+ years tech leadership with 7+ years in senior roles.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformations in B2B and B2C.
• Proven ability to align tech with business goals and drive revenue and EBITDA.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive tech strategy for commercial systems.
• Lead the enterprise data roadmap and data platforms modernization.
• Build and scale a ~25 FTE team of Engineering, Analytics and Data Science.
• Align BI, analytics, and data science with business goals.
• Partner with C-level and board to drive digital transformation.
