We seek a Senior Vice President, Data Strategy & Analytics to define the enterprise data strategy, accelerate data products, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen partnerships with schools and sponsors.

Based in Irvine or Dallas, this role leads a 15+ person team of product managers, data engineers, and BI analysts, owns the data platform, governance, and privacy, and drives AI-enabled offerings

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data, analytics, or data engineering with senior leadership experience.
• Experience building multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, and analytics.
• Hands-on with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience applying AI/native approaches to data accessibility and actionability.
• Proven ability to drive personalization, engagement, and revenue using data.
• Strong governance, privacy, and security for large-scale data.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Learfield's enterprise data strategy with data, AI, engineering, and product alignment.
• Lead a 15+ person team of product managers, data engineers, and BI analysts.
• Translate data capabilities into commercial value with cross-functional partners.
