Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Vice President of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence to define and execute our analytics strategy and governance. You will lead the Enterprise Data Warehouse, BI platforms, and modernization efforts across Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau, driving data-driven decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields required.
• Master's degree (MBA, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline) preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• 7+ years leading enterprise analytics organizations and cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience with modern cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Agile Product Management, Product Engineering, DevOps, and DataOps practices.
• Transportation, logistics, supply chain, or distribution industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the data warehouse and BI platforms to deliver trusted insights.
• Drive modernization with cloud-native analytics tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau).
• Oversee governance, data quality, and metadata management across the organization.
• Partner with executives to translate analytics into actionable business recommendations.
