Job summary

AlertMedia, Inc. seeks a visionary VP of Customer Success to lead our CS organization, ensuring customers realize value from our risk intelligence and response platform. You will define strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner across functions to shape the customer journey with AI-driven capabilities.

You will drive adoption, retention, and advocacy, engaging C-suite clients and scaling playbooks to support AlertMedia's growth and market leadership in emergency communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing leadership in SaaS.
• 4+ years in VP or Senior Director roles at scale.
• Proven success in retention, expansion and satisfaction.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Define CS strategy, vision, people and outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower leaders and ICs.
• Drive adoption, retention and advocacy across segments.
• Engage executive sponsors for strategic accounts.
• Modernize playbooks, processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
