Job summary
Ares Management is seeking a Vice President, Credit Engineering Lead to guide the design, development and delivery of technology solutions for the firm's global credit investment platform. Reporting to the Head of Credit Technology, this role combines hands-on software development with setting engineering standards, architecture patterns, and delivery best practices.

Qualifications
- Advanced Java, React/TypeScript, and enterprise software delivery.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and data platforms.
- Experience leading engineering teams in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers on Credit Technology initiatives.
- Hands-on contribution to software development and architectural decisions.
- Define architecture standards, CI/CD, and governance for the SDLC.
- Partner with Product Management and Investment teams to deliver scalable solutions.
