Job summary

Ares Management in New York is seeking an Analyst, Software Engineer to join the Credit Technology Engineering team. You will contribute to the development, testing, deployment, and support of technology solutions powering the firm’s global credit platform.

Reporting to the VP, Credit Engineering Lead, you’ll work with senior engineers to build apps, APIs, data services, and platform capabilities across the credit lifecycle, gaining end-to-end experience in modern full-stack engineering and

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 0-2 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing software applications via coursework, internships, or early roles.
• Exposure to enterprise app development, production support, or Agile delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop software features and enhancements under guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to front-end, back-end, integration, and data-layer development.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Assist with testing, deployment support, and production monitoring.
