Job summary
Ares is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Software Engineering Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of technology solutions for its real estate platform. The role combines hands-on coding with engineering leadership across deal management, underwriting, asset management, and reporting.
The successful candidate will guide architecture, set standards, and ensure scalable, secure delivery while collaborating with product, investment teams, and data analytics across the firm.
Qualifications
- B.S./Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. Advanced Java, React, and TypeScript expertise required.
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms in financial services, real estate, or asset management preferred.
- Strong leadership experience, coaching engineers, and driving end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineers in Real Estate Technology initiatives.
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and quality controls.
- Architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with APIs and event-driven design.
- Collaborate with product, asset management, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable software.
