Job summary
Ares is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Software Engineering Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of technology solutions for its real estate platform. Qualifications
- B.S./Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. Advanced Java, React, and TypeScript expertise required.
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms in financial services, real estate, or asset management preferred.
- Strong leadership experience, coaching engineers, and driving end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineers in Real Estate Technology initiatives.
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and quality controls.
- Architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with APIs and event-driven design.
- Collaborate with product, asset management, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable software.
