Job summary

Zeno Group, a fiercely independent global communications agency, seeks a VP, Creator Marketing to lead integrated creator programs for top consumer brands. You will shape strategies across paid, earned and owned channels while guiding clients and cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, communications or related fields within an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proven success developing and leading creator marketing strategies for consumer brands across multiple social platforms.
• Deep understanding of creator partnerships, platform dynamics, audience behaviors and creator relationship management.
• Experience integrating paid creator strategies, including creator whitelisting, paid social amplification and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of creator marketing analytics and the ability to counsel clients on KPIs, measurement frameworks and business outcomes.
• Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills with experience developing strategic recommendations and client-ready presentations.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships, leading integrated teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience managing budgets, account operations and multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
• Experience contributing to business development efforts and leading new business workstreams.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator marketing strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights and business priorities across consumer brands and campaigns.
• Oversee creator identification, vetting, negotiations, relationship management and campaign execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging channels.
• Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop creator amplification strategies, including whitelisting, measurement frameworks, optimization and performance reporting.
• Identify emerging platform trends, creator behaviors and content opportunities to keep clients culturally relevant and drive engagement.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients, leading day-to-day relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Lead and mentor team members, guiding staffing, utilization and professional development within the creator marketing group.
• Contribute to new business efforts, agency thought leadership and the Global Creator Center of Excellence.
