Job summary

Zeno Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Creator Marketing to lead integrated creator marketing programs for consumer brands, guiding campaigns from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, communications, or related fields in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proven success developing and leading creator marketing programs for consumer brands across multiple social platforms.
• Deep understanding of creator partnerships, platform dynamics, audience behaviors, and creator relationship management.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements with complex programs and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting e-commerce, social commerce, or TikTok-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of whitelisting, paid social amplification, and creator marketing measurement.
• Data-driven approach: experience using analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and advise clients on KPIs and business outcomes.
• Strong project and account management skills, including managing agency fees, budgets, and campaign resources.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with demonstrated client-facing experience.
• History of mentoring team members and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Curiosity about creator culture, emerging platforms, and the future of digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead creator marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with paid media and analytics teams to create creator amplification plans, including whitelisting, performance measurement, and optimization.
• Monitor creator trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities for campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients, communicate campaign performance, and help navigate the evolving creator landscape.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment and teaching best practices.
• Identify partnership opportunities, contribute to new-business efforts, and enhance agency capabilities through innovation and thought leadership.
