Zeno Group seeks a Vice President, Creator Marketing to lead integrated creator programs for consumer brands. The role blends strategic counsel, partnership development, and cross‑functional execution across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive growth and engagement.

As a senior leader, you will mentor a growing team, shepherd high‑impact client work, and contribute to agency growth and thought leadership while staying ahead of platform trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creator marketing or related fields.
• Proven success leading creator strategies for consumer brands.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentations.
• Experience managing budgets and client relationships.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business priorities.
• Oversee creator identification, vetting, negotiations, and campaign execution across platforms.
• Partner with paid media and analytics teams for amplification, measurement and reporting.
• Identify trends and opportunities to keep campaigns culturally relevant and engaging.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients, presenting strategic recommendations.
• Lead and mentor the creator marketing team and guide staffing.
• Contribute to new business efforts and thought leadership in the center of excellence.
